Brian and Christine would like to welcome you to our friendly Irish Bar and Golf Academy which is open seven days from 9am until 11pm....or when everyone leaves!!!
We are situated in the heart of Vale Do Lobo, in an area of The Algarve known as The Golden Triangle. The academy and bar are ideally placed about ten minutes walk from both The Royal and Ocean courses in Vale Do Lobo. We are close to Quinta Do Lago where you can find The Quinta North and South courses, Laranjal, San Lourenzo and Pinheiros Altos and about ten minutes from Vilamoura with its Oceanico courses.
McGintys is a genuine Irish Bar whose owners come from Donegal and Tyrone. We serve full Irish breakfasts with black and white pudding and potato bread. Irish Whiskies, Guinness and Magners are on draught and all local beers and spirits are served. We have WIFI internet access, 2 large screens showing all sports including all the GAA matches, Premiership and Champions League. If that can't keep you busy have a go on our 18 hole putting green, dart board, flood lit driving range, pool table, football table or just relax and read one of the daily papers supplied.
If you are new to the area and need some advice on where to go or where to eat give us a call. We can book cheap golf, car hire, golf tee times, golf club hire, water parks, fishing trips, restaurants or just print your boarding passes. We are glad to help make your trip to the Algarve as enjoyable as possible
